On July 20, the "Hadj Larbi Industry" tire factory, jointly invested by Hardj Larbi Algeria Tire Factory Cooperation and Doublestar tire, was laid the foundation stone in Oran City, Oran Province, Algeria, in the presence of many senior officials including the chairman of the Algerian Investment Authority and the governor of Oran Province, as well as Mr. Dilmi, Chairman of Sarl Hadj Larbi Pneumatique, the largest tire distributor in Algeria, and Mr. Chai Yongsen, Chairman of Doublestar Group.
